The registration charge serves several purposes. Firstly it enables us know who is really serious in getting a job. Its good to note that 90% of our job seekers are jobless, and they face the same circumstances. Secondly, we need money to look for a job. Job each is an expensive exercise and we must pair up as partners. This fee guarantees that we shall be able to deliver on our promises

I have gone for 3 interviews now. am very positive about the one i did this week. You guys are for real...i wish you all the very best as you help many more kenyans. The truth is that there are many conmen in this town..to get folks like you is really a blessing. Thanks

I came to your office 2 months ago. Im yet to be called for an interview. Are you people real? I have been conned too many times already, cant take another chance
Regards, Justus

Peoplelink Consultants said...

Thanks Justus. Firstly i would like to clarify something we all already know. that a job search is a highly random affair. much as we strve to work within tight limits, this policy may not work for some professions, which are rather slow. I suggest you come to the office and we find out what the real reason for the delay is. If indeed you belong to a "slow" profession we usually recommend that you have a second preference that you can take up as you wait for the "real" job to come. This has worked for us so far. My very best wishes

Okay im interested in the ict proffessional posts but u guys have not indicated the location and the line of experience and specialisation? thanks in advance

Peoplelink Consultants said...

Thanks for your feedback
Our procedure is such that we reveal the true identity of the jobs to those registered with us. Am sure you understand thats the only way we can be in business. I suggest that you visit our office urgently and complete the normal registration process. The registration is not tied to a particular job but allows you to interview for positions you qualify for till you get a job.
Thank you and kind regards

I was very disappointed by you people last week. You called me and told me to come and pick and interview letter. An Sms followed telling me that i should come with a copy of my CV of which i did on Saturday morning. When i came there i was told that i was not supposed to be called in the first place as it was a mistake and even he don't know how i was called.he even went to level of telling me about other jobs that am not interested in.That is not customer service.

At Peoplelink we have a stand, a stand to serve everyone without fear or favor at all times. Much as we strive to do this, we cannot pretend to be superhuman, and some mistakes will occur every once in a while. We usually apologise when this happens and i will apologise to you once again for the inconvenience caused. In due course we shall call you for the right job.
Cheers

i am one of your registered members, and i was just wondering what has happenned to the ict posts you had advertised some time back, are the chances still there? Because i feel like it has taken quite a long time? thanks.

Peoplelink Consultants said...

The dynamics of a job search are really complicated. There can be 100 reasons for a delay in interviews and subsequent uptake of an advertised position. The best thing for you is to come to the office and we discuss your particular case, when we have full information. I hope to see you soon!

A very concerned client of yours.

As i have posted here again and again, there a tens of reasons why a job may not come as fast as you would like. Getting a job is a two way process, we do our part and you do yourself. If you are a registered job seeker (with a file number), you already know what to do..simply visit our office and handle your issue through the normal established channel. Best wishes

Going through your portfolio list in your website I've noticed that you don't have any Insurance company or Insurance related affiliated companies (read brokers, agencies).

My question is do you get offers from the said companies or rather are their employment opportunities with insurance companies that you are aware of that come through you?

Peoplelink Consultants said...

We deal with clients across all sectors including insurance companies. We cannot obviously include all our clients on the website. Irrespective of the sector you are interested in, you may visit our office for further enquiries and we shall obviously assist you! Best Wishes
